An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded NPD Manager to lead the development of beauty and personal care products from concept through to launch.

You’ll identify market opportunities, develop product briefs, manage suppliers and oversee costs, timelines and cross-functional delivery.

We’re looking for strong new product development experience, commercial awareness and the ability to balance creativity with profitability. You’ll need to be within commuting distance of the South West office.
