Founded by Gary Laverty and launched in Manchester in 2020, it placed candidates across Sales, Marketing, NPD & R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance for cosmetics and personal care brands in the UK and internationally, and grew to open offices in London and New York.
Over five years it became one of the better-known names in beauty recruitment, and many people in the industry still search for it by name today.
