Are you passionate about product innovation and bringing exciting new beauty products to market?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an NPD Executive to join a growing business within the beauty and personal care industry.

This role would suit someone with experience in new product development who enjoys working across multiple projects, coordinating launches and helping transform new product ideas into successful products.

The Role

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will support the development and launch of new products, ensuring projects progress smoothly from initial concept through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of new products across the beauty and personal care portfolio.

• Coordinate new product development projects, ensuring timelines, milestones and launch deadlines are achieved.

• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and packaging partners throughout the development process.

• Assist with product briefs, packaging development, samples and product specifications.

• Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, supply chain, regulatory and quality teams.

• Support product testing, artwork approvals and packaging reviews.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new products.

• Maintain accurate product documentation and ensure all relevant information is available ahead of launch.

• Help identify and resolve potential delays or challenges throughout the development process.

About You

• Previous experience in new product development (NPD) or a related role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or personal care.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Confident communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in product innovation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
