Known for their innovative products, creative campaigns, and highly engaged customer community, they are now looking for a passionate and commercially minded Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team.

Yorkshire – Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of the brand’s social media strategy, content, and community engagement across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, your focus will be on growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, and creating best in class beauty content that resonates with consumers and drives commercial performance.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
Social Media Strategy:
Creating and delivering engaging social media strategies that align with brand objectives, launches, and wider marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
Planning, creating, and overseeing high quality social content including reels, TikToks, stories, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Community Management:
Managing and growing online communities while building strong engagement with customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Campaign Management:
Leading social campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring strong performance across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitoring social media performance, analysing insights and trends, and making data driven recommendations to optimise engagement and growth.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships:
Working closely with influencers, creators, and external partners to maximise brand visibility and reach.
Trend Awareness:
Staying ahead of beauty, social media, and digital trends to ensure the brand remains innovative and culturally relevant.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with marketing, ecommerce, creative, and senior leadership teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and brand messaging.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Executive, or similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or wellness industry.
A strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Proven experience creating engaging social first content that drives growth and engagement.
Strong creative eye with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience managing influencer collaborations and community engagement strategies.
Commercially aware with the ability to balance creativity alongside performance and brand objectives.
Highly organised, proactive, and passionate about the beauty industry and social media trends.
Experience working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial, or high growth brand environment would be highly advantageous.
