Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of one of the company's high-growth brands across Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing strategy in alignment with global brand objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing and Product Development to drive brand growth, launch innovation and strengthen market presence across multiple European markets.
You'll also lead and develop a small team, providing coaching and mentorship while ensuring best-in-class execution across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, consumer engagement and sustainable commercial growth across European markets.
Partner closely with Sales teams to support new product launches and deliver best-in-class brand initiatives across multiple territories.
Oversee packaging development and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with brand objectives.
Develop and implement impactful marketing activations across PR, media, social and influencer channels.
Manage external agencies and research partners to deliver integrated campaigns and generate actionable consumer insights.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify market opportunities and contribute to future innovation and product development pipelines.
Lead the creation and execution of trade marketing initiatives across both retail and e-commerce channels.
Analyse category, market and consumer data to uncover opportunities, optimise performance and drive strategic decision-making.
Take ownership of the European marketing budget and P&L, ensuring effective investment and commercial return.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
About You
Minimum of 5 years' experience within Brand Management or Marketing roles.
Proven experience within the Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into action.
Experience managing multiple markets and working within an international business environment.
