We are partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing consumer brand to find an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their London team.
This business has built an impressive reputation within the market and continues to grow at pace across both retail and ecommerce channels. With ambitious expansion plans ahead, they are looking for a commercially minded and creative brand professional who can help elevate the brand and drive continued growth.

What You Will Actually Be Doing:
As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the overall brand strategy across multiple channels. You will work closely with senior leadership, creative teams, ecommerce, and external partners to ensure all campaigns and activations align with the wider business objectives.
This is a highly varied role where no two days look the same. You will lead major marketing campaigns, oversee new product launches, manage creative projects, and use customer insights and performance data to influence future strategy.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and social channels.
Managing product launches from concept through to execution, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and go to market strategy.
Working closely with creative and content teams to deliver engaging, on brand campaigns and assets.
Collaborating with ecommerce and retail teams to ensure strong and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
Analysing campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimise future activity and improve ROI.
Managing budgets and ensuring marketing spend is delivering strong commercial results.
Building relationships with external agencies, influencers, and brand partners.
Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the marketing team where required.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience within a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager position.
Strong experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, or other consumer led industries.
A creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance brand building alongside business performance.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within a fast paced, growing brand environment.
Passionate about consumer trends, branding, and delivering best in class marketing campaigns.
What Is In It For You?
£60,000 – £65,000 salary depending on experience.
Hybrid working – 3 days in the London office, 2 days from home.
