Operations Manager

Location: London
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 basic salary
Working Pattern: Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a fast growing beauty and personal care business based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is in a significant period of growth, expanding into new markets and scaling its operations. We are looking for an experienced operations professional who understands the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry and can help drive operational excellence during this next stage of growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including New Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in ensuring the business continues to grow efficiently while maintaining high standards across all operational areas.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving day to day operations, supporting business growth, and ensuring processes are scalable as the company expands into new markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and improving operational processes across the business
• Supporting the company’s growth strategy and expansion into new markets
• Working closely with New Product Development teams to support product launches and timelines
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure operational alignment with commercial goals
• Managing supply chain and operational workflows to improve efficiency and delivery
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements
• Supporting forecasting, planning, and inventory management
• Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
• Helping build scalable operational structures to support future growth

About You

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has worked within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or FMCG sectors.

You will ideally have:

• Strong operations experience within a growing beauty, cosmetics, or personal care business
• Experience supporting business expansion and entering new markets
• A strong understanding of supply chain, product launches, and operational processes
• Experience working closely with New Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and problem solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within a scaling business where processes are continuously evolving
