Are you a commercially driven individual with a passion for e-commerce? Do you have a passion for the beauty and personal care industry? We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to take ownership of a thriving Amazon Vendor Central business.

This role is pivotal in driving revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth whilst managing all aspects of the Amazon account from negotiations to execution.

The Role

In this dynamic position, you will lead the Amazon Vendor Central account, ensuring the achievement of key financial targets and optimising the product offering. Your expertise will be critical in developing and executing strategies that enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Amazon P&L, steering revenue growth and long-term performance.

  • Act as the primary commercial lead and main point of contact for the Amazon Vendor Central account.

  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure favourable trade terms, pricing, and promotional agreements.

  • Track performance against AOP and forecasts, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.

  • Define and execute strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and category share.

  • Optimise product listings, A+ content, brand store, and overall catalogue to maximise visibility and conversion.

  • Develop and oversee the Amazon advertising strategy, ensuring strong ROI.

  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

About You

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.

  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.

  • Experience negotiating with Amazon or major retailers.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Experience with Amazon advertising (AMS) and content optimisation.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
