About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand, Marketing or Communications Manager to join a growing international beauty and personal care business.
This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work across multiple premium beauty brands within an international environment. You'll play a key role in shaping communications strategy across PR, social media and brand communications while leading a small team and managing agency relationships across multiple territories.
This role reports directly to the Director and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with international exposure.
The Role
This Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering communications strategies across multiple brands and product categories.
You will oversee Marketing. PR, social media, influencer activity, brand communications and agency management, while leading a communications team and ensuring all activity supports the wider commercial objectives of the business.
The role also offers the opportunity to travel internationally when required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communications strategies across multiple beauty and personal care brands.
Lead PR, social media, influencer and communications activity across multiple international territories.
Manage communications across key European markets, including the UK, Germany, France and Poland.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and markets.
Work closely with internal marketing, commercial and leadership teams.
Develop annual communications plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage communications budgets and deliver measurable return on investment.
Define KPIs across PR, communications and social media activity.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
Manage multiple product launches across different categories simultaneously.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver successful campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international communication and PR agencies.
Brief agencies, review performance and ensure campaigns deliver against objectives.
Lead agency review meetings and continuously improve performance.
Travel internationally when required to support brand launches, events and commercial activities.
Leadership Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and developing the Communications team, including:
Managing the Social Content Lead.
Managing the Communications Executive.
Supporting the development of junior marketing and communications team members, including interns where applicable.
Setting clear objectives and allocating work across the team.
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
Creating a collaborative and high performing culture.
Reporting directly to the Communications Director.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience as a Brand Manager , Communications Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Social, Head of Communications or in a similar senior position.
At least two years' experience managing and developing people.
Strong experience leading PR, communications and social media strategies.
Experience managing multiple brands and multiple product categories simultaneously.
Experience working across international territories rather than a single market.
Strong knowledge of communications activity across the UK, Germany, France and Poland or similar European markets.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Experience working with external PR, communications and creative agencies.
Strong budget management experience.
Experience delivering measurable marketing and communications performance against KPIs.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance brand building and business objectives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
German or French language skills would be highly advantageous but are not essential.

£50,000 to £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
